Track Therapy: N.E.R.D

"Track Therapy" is when I have those moments where I just want to tune the world out. I lock myself away somewhere and put music on. I'll be listing artist, tracks, & bands that I listen to during my spaz moments It helps me so im sharing w/ yall, starting with: N.E.R.D. I have all 3 of the bands albums + Neptunes presents the clones. Hands down this is my favorite band of all time. If I had any talent as a artist I would definitely be 1st class mailing my demo/mix tape to the senior A&R of Star Track. The three albums previously released as a band are "In Search Of..." *where I got the inspiration 4 my blog title* "Fly or Die" & the most recent album "Seeing Sounds". All albums feature tracks from the band members Pharrell, Chad, & Sway. I personally identify most w/ the 2nd album "Fly or Die", the track titled "Jump" really hit home.... Expressing the life of a runaway and a not so perfect teen. The 9th track titled "Thrasher" is also 1 of the tracks I play the most, it expresses venting frustrations on the Assholes of world.
