Beaches are beautiful until...


You have 2 run on that shxt!
so yeah 2day I went to work out.
I'm feeling good because I have a new trainer and a new workout plan.
BUT... seriously tho the beach runs & super cardio was kicking my ass-prin!
sand is like weights and resistance bands all in 1.
ill keep you guys posted on how this is going throughout the week.
--& if you think I'm lying go sprint on the sand next time your at venice lmao
try not 2 pass out.
